Service Description
This workout program is aimed toward increasing velocity, strength output, and explosiveness. Usually, workout programs are generic and do not place emphasis on the individual’s needs; however, this will be custom built for you! Instruction will be based on your stability, strength, and most importantly, your mobility as a player. The program will target the right, specific muscles to allow and help your body move efficiently. After booking, we will set up a 15 minute Zoom session, to discuss your needs, and it will take me about a week to send you your customized program.
